Refund Policy At Cosy Moments, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wax melts, candles, fragrance oils, or personalised/custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
